Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to notify us of a return. We recommend sending the item back within 7 days of receipt to ensure it reaches us within the return period.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes and accessories must be returned in the brand's original box, placed inside an additional shipping box to protect it in transit. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing can take approximately 5 business days after we receive your return, depending on your bank. The original delivery costs of your order are non-refundable.
